Setting up Gift Aid

To set up Gift Aid in iMIS, you must:

■    Edit your staff site sitemap to display the Gift Aid navigation items.

■    Configure the Gift Aid pages.

To display the Gift Aid navigation items

1.  From either Content Management or Tools, select Site designer > Manage sitemaps.

2.  From the drop-down menu above the sitemap tree, select your staff site.

3.  Reveal the Gift Aid declarations navigation item.

□    In the sitemap tree, expand Contacts > Contact management.

□    Select the Gift Aid declarations navigation item.

□    From the toolbar click Edit.

□    Under Options, clear the This navigation item is hidden checkbox.

□    Save, and close the window.

□    From the toolbar click Publish.

4.  Reveal the Gift Aid navigation item.

□    In the sitemap tree, expand Donations.

□    Select the Gift Aid navigation item.

□    From the toolbar click Edit.

□    Under Options, clear the This navigation item is hidden checkbox.

□    Save, and close the window.

□    From the toolbar click Publish.

To configure the Gift Aid pages

iMIS Gift Aid is built using content records and iParts (Concept: content records, iParts, and content types) that you can configure for the needs of your organization.

By default, iMIS Gift Aid is comprised of the following:

Create tax reclaim reports for the HMRC.
